Shipping Timeframe

BLACK FRIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE: Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Shipping will pause Dec 4–9.

Currently Shipping is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

Secret Stash boxes start shipping the last week of the renewal month. (February, April, June, August, October, December)

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Package:

If your order is lost, please allow for the mandatory wait time of 30 days (from shipment date) and file a claim with USPS. After that wait time, please contact me at info@stickwithcatie.com. Please include your first and last name; and order # using the email address associated with your account.

We are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages. If your package is stolen or damaged, please contact USPS and file a claim with them. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our control.

Returns
We do not accept returns. All items sold are final sale.
